Emond Publishing

Since 1978, we have worked to establish ourselves as one of Canada’s leading independent legal publishers. Our extensive catalogue includes casebooks, textbooks, exam prep resources, CPD accredited video lectures, and legal handbooks that customers can rely on from backpack to briefcase.
Emond titles have received praise from various publications and we have also received multiple industry awards. In 2019, our author Jonathan Rudin won the Walter Owen Book Prize for Indigenous People and the Criminal Justice System. Most recently, our authors Nader Hasan, Mabel Lai, David Schermbrucker, and Randy Schwartz won the 2021 Walter Owen Book Prize for Search and Seizure.
