CWB Welding Foundation

The CWB Welding Foundation is a national registered charity that has two key mandates; to promote awareness of public safety, and to address welding skilled trades shortages in Canada. The Foundation promotes the Canadian welding and joining industry as a career choice and enhances Canadian welding education programs at all levels. The Foundation also helps to remove barriers to education and provides educational access to the sector for women, Indigenous peoples, persons with disabilities and members of visible minorities.

CWB Welding Association Indigenous Education Bursary

Recognizing the significant demand for future welders across Canada, the CWB Welding Foundation has established this national bursary program with Indspire to financially support Indigenous students interested in post-secondary courses, apprenticeships or training relating to or leading to careers in the welding and joining industry in Canada.
