With more than 3500 lawyers and other legal staff based in over 50 cities across the world, we have ensured that diversity, equity and inclusion are essential elements of our culture. We are committed to creating an equitable, inclusive environment where everyone can bring their whole self to work and realize their career potential.

Our employee resource groups support our goals of making our offices inclusive for – women, racialized people, Indigenous peoples, and members of the LGBTQ2S+ community. In collaboration with the Indigenous Relations Network, our firm has committed to a three-year certification, the Progressive Aboriginal Relations certification via our membership with the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business. As part of our reconciliation journey, some of our objectives include increasing representation, creating benefits for Indigenous communities all while helping us to learn more and better understand our relationships with Indigenous Peoples across Canada. Norton Rose Fulbright could not be happier to partner with Indspire to continue furthering this work toward reconciliation.
