Midwest Surveys Indigenous Education Bursary

This bursary supports Indigenous students who may not otherwise have the opportunity to pursue a post-secondary education in Geomatics and related disciplines. Two (2) bursaries shall be provided annually to students demonstrating financial need, involvement in and contribution to community as a whole and/or demonstrated academic merit and performance. We hope recipients find these bursaries to be beneficial in pursuit of their goals.

Awards Category: Post-Secondary
Deadlines: August 1, November 1, February 1
Program of Study: First Preference; Survey Theory and Calculations (Northern Lakes College), Geomatics Engineering Technology, Geomatics Engineering, Engineering Design and Drafting Technology or Geographic Information Systems Technology. Second Preference; At the November 1 application deadline, if there are no eligible recipients, students studying in Engineering programs at the below named PSls may be considered in consultation with Midwest.
Institution of Study: Lethbridge College, NAIT, SAIT, Saskatchewan Polytechnic, University of Calgary, and Northern Lakes College
